Kapil took admission for MBBS in 1995.But he could not handle the rigorous curriculum  of 2nd year MBBS.Every time he appeared for the exam, he messages the Dean to pass him. Obviously, none of the Deans succumbed to his demands. At last after 20 years he has threatened the Dean to pass him in this years exam or he will commit suicide.

‘I want to serve for the nation by becoming a Doctor. And for this I need to pass the exam. If you pass me in the exam, God will shower you good days’, Kapil said in a written message to Dean of Darbhanga Medical College of Patna, Bihar.

If this is not the limit, he defends his brilliance and alleges that he is not being passed by Darbhanga Medical College of Patna, Bihar only because he belongs to a Dalit family.

But as he realised that all his attempts are not working, he threatened the Dean of Darbhanga Medical College of Patna, Bihar of committing suicide. Darbhanga police have registered a FIR against Kapil Dev Choudhary and are doing further investigations in this case.
